Prepare to start your tanning regime by moisturizing your skin daily and drink plenty of water to keep your skin soft and supple.

Only use a high-quality indoor tanning lotion. Indoor tanning lotions are specifically formulated to be used with tanning equipment and will help you get the healthiest looking tan.

Always wear protective eye wear and if you wear contacts consider taking them out before tanning as the heat may dry your eyes causing itching and irritation. If you do not choose to remove your contacts you should put in eye drops before and after your appointment.
