Working With Your Trainer
Every new member has the opportunity to schedule a consultation with a personal trainer within their first 30 days of membership to help get them started. Most clients meet with their trainers at least two times per week for optimal results. Each session is tailored to the client based on their goals, needs, likes / dislikes, abilities and fitness level. We offer 30 minute and 60 minute sessions.

Trainer: Callie Rogerson
Hey there! I’m Callie. I’m a personal trainer at Butler Health and Fitness. When I’m not training or working out at the gym, you can find me tutoring elementary students at the library, teaching toddlers at St. Mark’s Children’s Hour, or doing tot school at home with my soon-to-be three-year-old son.
I earned my bachelor’s degree from Slippery Rock University in Elementary Education and taught/subbed in Butler Area School District for about 6 years. While staying at home with Clark, I decided that since I couldn’t be in the classroom full time, I still wanted to pursue my passion for teaching others. I really enjoy lifting and have had terrific experiences with three different trainers over a few years so in April of 2018 I received my Fitness Trainer certificate through the ISSA. I began training women of all ages and abilities who want to get stronger and healthier. I’m able to teach my clients how to lift with proper form, establish healthy eating habits, and build self-confidence.
While I was studying for my CPT certificate, I was also prepping for my first bikini competition. This past May I stepped on stage as a bikini competitor at the NPC Northcoast Championships where I placed 5th in the novice class. I competed again in August at the NPC Delmarva Classic and placed 2nd in the novice class. My next goal that I’m working on is to become a certified nutritionist.
Butler Health and Fitness has been my second home for the past 7 years. I live in Butler with my husband, Josh, our son, Clark and the most arrogant cat, Reggie Rogerson.
Trainer: Danielle Dickey
Danielle has been employed with BHF and Ziegler Chiropractic as General Manager and Billing Specialist for 6 years.
She first became interested in Fitness after the birth of her son. “It was so hard to step into the gym with all the fit people around, but once I saw the results, I knew I wanted to help other people overcome their fears and reach their own goals” She completed her personal training certification in 2017 through ISSA and is currently working towards her certification in youth fitness training. She enjoys personal training more and more daily as she sees her clients continuously progressing and achieving the goals they have set out to meet.
When Danielle isn't at work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She spends a lot of her time cheering her son Nathan on during wrestling matches wither husband of 15 years Aaron.
