What will boot camp do for me?
Boot Camp workouts enhance your aerobic capacity, promote significant calorie-burning and improve your muscle fitness! The structure of the boot camp also provides accountability, teamwork, motivation, a physical challenge, diversity, fun and results!
What is included in the boot camp?
- Exercise and body composition assessments will be conducted before and after boot camp to help you measure your success.
- Each participant will receive weekly educational emails or handouts.
- NEW venues added including “grocery store bootcamp”, a pool workout, an outdoor fitness trail workout, and more!
- You will receive a boot camp prize such as a t-shirt, water bottle, bandana, etc.
What do I need for boot camp?
You should bring lots of water and “dress for mess” because we will be there rain or shine!
When is the next boot camp?
Start Date: Fall BootCamp cancelled. Spring BootCamp to start in April.
Duration: 8 Weeks
Days: Mondays & Thursdays
Time: 6:00 – 7:00 PM
Location: Alameda Park & Other Varying Locations Throughout Program
What does boot camp cost?
Varying price levels dependent upon length of BootCamp offered.
Do you have to be a member of the gym to attend?
No
